Rosso del Veneto ‘Rosso Passo’ | Cantine Lenotti
About The Producer
According to an enological map dated 1906, the name Lenotti was already known for the production of the classical wine, Bardolino. At that time the farm sold wines exclusively in butts or demijohns and in the following years the farm constantly increased its production of high-quality wines, by making wine from local grapes and supplying the numerous bottlers of the neighbourhood. This is indeed a lovely and very drinkable soft wine with loads of fruit coming through. I’m surprised that it’s so light bearing in mind the breeding… Merlot, a real mouth filler and Sangiovese that paramour. All I can say is glad I stocked up on it. Cheers!!
