About The Producer

Around 70 hectares of prime vineyard in and around Panzano. The wines of Fontodi are known for their elegance, intensity and longevity. The estate now follows biodynamic principles in the vineyard and intervenes as little as possible in the cellar.

About The Wine

The Chianti Classico spends 12 months in French barrique before a further 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Full bodied with plenty of dark fruits. Soft, silky tannins with excellent balance.
