About The Wine
Fermentation lasts approximately 15-20 days in temperature controlled stainless steal tanks. It is then racked into oak and malolactic fermentation follows spontaneously. Two years of maturation take place in Slovonian oak barrels.

It shows delightfully structured stylish fruit with an appealingly elegant, complex and powerful finish that lingers long on the palate.
